Drink and anxiety, oh ive been there many times lol, not a good mix. It will pass though and you should feel better soon.

Try to do some breathing exercises to calm yourself down for now and then hopefully you can get back to sleep.

Hi Ninnie, the most important thing to remember is that given time your anxiety will fade as the negative effects of the alcohol wear off. It's horrible at the time (i've been there many, many times myself), but try to think positively and do some relaxing activities - maybe take a bath... drink some herbal tea... read a book... listen to calming music.
