Today I had to wait for a bus. Several buses were missing due to a few snowflakes.
I found myself trying to restrain myself from a massive tantrum. I wanted to cry - big huge sobs. I wanted to kick the bus shelter. I wanted to throw my arms in the air and say really rude words and throw my bags on the floor. Stamp my feet, pull my hair bobble out etc...
Thankfully 2 elderly men appeared and distracted me with a happy trivial conversation.
I often find myself either wanting to behave like this or actually behaving like it. Does anyone do this or have ideas on how to counteract this desire to behave like a 2 yr old?
