Testicular cancer trauma

I just can't keep out of my head the fact that I may have testicular cancer. Like months ago I think, I found that at the bottom of my left testicle there was something that looked like a lump, I freaked out but when I touched it I realized it wasn't even a lump, it felt like veins or nerves which I'm not sure if it's normal or not. My testicle seems fine outside of that, similar in size with my right one, and no rice type of lumps
Please help me guys I literally can't sleep at night because of this

That is probably where your 'tubes' connect to the testicle. This is always on the left testicle. You should find a largeish collection of soft/squidgy tubes which may feel like a lump as they are quite dense, but it sounds like it's just your tubes.
