I haven't been to sleep at all and it's 6:44 am here. This is a new symptom. I've dealt head pressure and tingling scalp before but my head symptoms had gone away for the most part. But for the past couple of days when I try to go sleep I feel my scalp going numb and I end up not sleeping because I'm anxious. I was falling asleep but my head felt like it was hurting (and I acknowledge that I could have been dreaming or you know pain brought on by anxiety) I can feel the anxiety in my stomach and I'm just so over this.
