Hi after 8 weeks since tribunal i got told last week i will be getting 6.5k but needs to be reauthorised if its over 5k, this is 400pound a month isbacksated from oct 2013 to apr 2015 rang today to say ill be getting paid this thursday which is 1.7k this is so wrong that is only 4months backpay 2 since i had the tribunal, ive complained and sent email to my mp can anyone tell me if they ever pay in lump sums if over a certain amount i wasnt entitled to the benefit till my tribunal and they said im entitled from oct 2013 so whats the crack i feel like topping my self after being so happy n had plans with the money to do courses pay off debts e.t.c
they also said kn the phone today it did say 6.5k but has been changed with no reason put on the system
