4mg of Diazepam is a mild dose. Btw my psych told me that it takes 2 weeks to get addicted to Diazepam. I take one once a blue moon without a problem. Just don't get in the habit of taking them.

Hi, I took 4mgs just last night to help me stay asleep longer as I've been waking up around 3am with panic attacks. I had no problem at all. It's quite a low dose. It sounds like you're getting yourself worked up. We do that really well remember. Take a deep breath and relax. You'll be fine. Let the meds help you ��.

There's people out there who take 50mg of Valium and live. 4mg is a small and very safe dose. You sound very similar to me, I think you should avoid medication, avoid reading too much online and certainly don't read the slip inside the medication boxes.

I know exactly how you're feeling I took 8 kalms instead of 6 and was freaking out cause I read online it could be highly dangerous. Lol it really wasn't and I had myself in a state.
