Hello all,

Hoping to get involved with this forum to give and receive support to others suffering anxiety.

I'm a 33 year old female who had suffered anxiety and panic for many years. I am trying to find new ways to manage anxiety and stress at the moment as I have come to the conclusion that it's never going to go away but perhaps I could manage it better.

Hi vaper. Im 27yr old female suffering from.depression n anxiety for many years too. Im also new to this site also - so nice to virtually meet u! Have u tried anything for ur anxiety like meds, cbt, counselling etc? Snaily x:welcome:
