Hi guys
It's been a really good year for me in terms of my Health Anxiety. I thought I had turned my fears around and have been generally doing really well!
Until today...
I picked up a bottle of water at my university campus shop and there was blood over it. I don't think I directly touched the blood but it is possible.
I then went to urinate about 5 minutes later. Could I have contracted anything by touching my penis if my same hands had come into contact with infected blood? Am I in danger?
What should I do in this situation? I really don't want HA to regain control over me...
