Hi everyone. So I've recently been diagnosed with OCD. I have harm OCD and pocd. My brain tends to latch onto anything I watch or read and right now I'm scared of school shooting or that I'm a serial killer or whatever else that's awful. It's really terrifying. Whenever I get these thoughts I get this creep, weird, off feeling. I don't know how else to describe it. Is this typical with OCD or am I just psychotic. I don't know I feel like I'm losing my mind and I don't know what to do.
