So I have posted a few times lately as I have been having a bout of attacks again, I am sure this is down to currently being unwell with a nasty virus. However I need to vent and see what others think!

I woke up this morning a bit startled and turned over quick to get my phone and I was quite dizzy, lasted a couple of seconds and didn't go so I jumped up quick and started pacing around the house (getting worked up) I was sure something was wrong. So as I panicked my heart rate shot through the roof and then my arm started hurting, great so then I thought it was a heart attack.

I have learnt to let the attacks pass just took an hour or so this morning, so now I am knackered, headache and feel pants again.

The joys of being ill with panic attacks. Anyone else relate to this? I have checked by BP and its 127/85 so only up a little bit now. As I was still worrying about the heart! But guessing if that was going to happen it would of by now 6 hours in!
