Not being able to sneeze

Hi all, I am not sure what doc I sld go for this prob. ent or neuro? last Fri, in fact last week I had neck ache. then last Friday I had a big sneeze. and I suddenly had a thought of being afraid to sneeze as it make my neck more pain with the movement. so after that thought, I have not been able to sneeze. sometimes I feel my nose itching, but I have not been able to sneeze completely. I am worried that this is something serious... it's been exactly one week since I last sneezed..... can anxiety cause this?

It could be you have a little polyp or some other blockage in your nose. I would have thought an ent specialist would be the best to help.

hi, thanks for your reply. I did went to the ent but he say there is nothing and he gave me some nasal spray... I am just worried that there is something wrong with my brain. but actually I can sneeze if I use the tissue to tickle my nose.... sigh..... health anxiety is driving me crazy sometimes
