My heart stopped.... Well sort of

So I haven't been here for a while, well not about my hear anyway!

I was sitting here watching tv and my heart stopped, I searched for my pulse in my neck and it wasn't there and I for all breathless.... Bit my heart gradually started to beat again.... Bit now I'm sitting here with that same old scared feeling that I haven't had for ages !!!

What's going on?!?

Trust me your heart did not stop if your heart stopped you would not be conscious in order to check your pulse. Could just be that it slowed down making you feel breathless and unable to feel your pulse. Hearts that stop leave the individual unconscious.
