Fast heart rate

I had my deviated septum surgery 2 days ago and everything went ok. I'm still healing and it is still a little painful especially the sinus headaches. What's concerning me though is my fast heart rate. I'm usually in the upper 90's but I noticed last night it was up to 114 and today its been about 105 at rest. Does this happen after surgery? Could it be the anesthesia? I haven't really been eating or drinking either. Maybe dehydration? When should I be concerned and what is too fast? Starting to panic over this which I know isn't helping!

The minute you start to stress over your heartrate it will not come down. I get this problem and my heart rate can me 120 at rest and its purely because I am anxious.

Dehydration could also be the cause, can you have a big glass of water now and then make sure you drink a small amount very hour until your wee is pale yellow in colour.
