Hope your all doing ok.
Never been on anything like this before.
I suffer with health anxiety and I'm well and truly fed up of it. I just can't see the light at the end :weep:

How long have you had Health anxiety?

You might have already but here's the link to the Health Anxiety article, i found it really interesting and also quite comical, you will recognize yourself in this. It's quite lengthy but definitely worth a read
