Bump under tongue??

Hi, I've posted about this before. Under my tongue, where my tongue attaches to my mouth I have a bump. After googling (I know I shouldn't) I've concluded that it's my sublingual caruncle and that is swollen. It also has a small red dot on it. I understand that aty age(16) any kind of cancer is rare, yet I can't stop worrying that it's a tumor. I've attached a picture to show exactly what it looks like.

I looked at the photo and had an urge to give the Tarzan yell but that's about it ;)~

I don't see anything alarming based off that photo. My tongue looks the same.

Thanks for your replies. So I don't need to see a doctor for this? Also, I recently found out that my iron is a bit low, which combined with the bump leads me to fear for the worst. These couldn't point to cancer could they?

It's normal. Mine is the same and has been as long as I can remember. :D
