Abdomen always bloated...

This is really weird... I've been feeling my abdomen bloated like literally all the time! My parents saw my tummy and they say I'm exaggerating but I don't know.. I feel it bloated and tight.. But no pain, and I also have been eating normally, there are no symptoms at all
Is it anxiety? Am I overreacting? What's happening?!

Most likely it is a sign of anxiety. I had it aswell, mine hurt pretty bad, specially when i touched it.
