Lockjaw, HELP!!!!

I couldn't open my jaw on the right side for about 5 mins. Eventually it popped but was painful and now is numb and tingly. I have a deep cut on my ankle from shaving. I'm so scared its tetanus. Please help me I'm scared I'm dying

About 18 months ago I genuinely did have 'lockjaw' for a couple of.weeks. I must have knocked it out of place as my cheek.was also very sore and swollen.
I mentioned.tetanus to the dentist and she said I'd have other, more obvious symptoms.
Also, my beloved.family dog had tetanus 10/11 years ago and lockjaw is in the later stages and you simply cannot overcome it on your own.

Thanks for tour replies. I'm feeling better this morning, I guess I just overreacted. Now that I think about it, I did just put my new retainer in so maybe this was it

Also, if my jaw is better today (still painful but not locked) does this mean I can't possibly have tetanus?
