Been doing well since last night I would say on a scale one 1 to 10 I have been a 3 which is amazing for me accept it going up now just sat and randomly have a breathe that felt like I sucked in my belly for to long or something no pain or anything just like a kinda crying breath like when you have been crying for ages I felt my belly move up and down and straight back up to down again in one breathe like a double breath which made a kinda uhu noise when I breathe'd is this still part of hyperventilating or something I wasn't worried or anything W's just sat watching TV .
