mid back pain over a year scared mummy

Since i had my 2nd child by x section last year i have suffered severe middle back pain its around bra band inbetween shoulder blades. It hurts to twist to the left hurts to take deep breatgs. Nothing eases it i do stretches, have baths, have massages. I do work part time in a call centre. Could be a postyral thing???

Should it last this long? Doesnt really ease not even with rest. Drs just fob me off not really interested.

Maybe siaticia or bad posture keep trying if its getting you down x

I am no expert but as soon as I read that you work in a call centre I thought of the pain I used to get as a child when I did piano practice for a long time. I still sometimes get it when on the computer but not so much. I hate it when doctors fob you off and don't tell you what it is. If they would just put a name to it, it would stop us imagining it's something far worse . My GP is very good but I have come across doctors who are so vague.
