Hi everyone!

How's it going? Just thought I'd drop in and say hi, been lurking for a little while and thought I'd join and take part in the community. Suffered with anxiety for many years which has recently also turned into health anxiety and I now find myself thinking I'm dying every other day which is a total nightmare - have clogged sinuses but convince myself it's a brain tumor every other day, and been getting palpitations occasionally which make me worry so I have more - endless cycle this anxiety stuff. Grrr!

Hoping engaging with others who suffer in silence will help.
