High blood pressure, got the machine, taking it almost every minute!

Been there and done that. BP obsession is the most horrible HA symptom. Why did you buy the machine? I obsessively took my bp 30 times a day several days a week for three or four years and I don't even have high bp. My whole life revolved around getting that perfect number which for me was below 115/75 because that is what Dr. Oz said is optimal. I weened myself off the machine and now I only take it at the docs and then usually a few times after because it is high at the docs and I want to make sure it isn't actually truly high, which it isn't (avg 110/75). If you are getting low readings like 118/73 with the anxiety you are having and the stress you are doing to your body by taking it so much you are fine. High bp (which you don't have) does damage when it is consistently high for long periods of time.

You should get rid of the machine and let your doctor monitor your bp, don't waste years of your life worrying about something that you can't control and may never happen.
