I have various GI issues with NO pain just gastric annoyance. I'm having something recently that I had in past where strain or exertion can trigger either mild backache or gerd type symptoms without burn. I had been once told that there's a vagus nerve near spine & if not aligned right can set off gi symptoms because this nerve feeds directly into stomach & if there's any strain or exertion this misaligned nerve, even if it's slightly misaligned can set off GI symptoms. Does anyone else have this or know anything about this? Any responses to this would be appreciated. Thank You.
