I need help. Citalopram after 3 months seems to stopped working

So I started citalopram 20mg around 3months ago now and suddenly over the last week ive felt myself deteriorate. I've suffered depression and anxiety for over 10 years, having tried 150mg of sertraline this is the only thing that has helped.

Has anyone else found that after 3 months that its just started to make you feel trapped in a state of panic but not being able to over that and just feeling like a pressure bottle.

I am in need of serious help. please help with answers,
