I had two workmen in my flat yesterday to check the electrics.. if i'm honest(i don't know what they were actually doing) but that's not the point, i didn't need anyone to come sit in with me and, this is a big AND, i even offered them a cup of tea! :yesyes:
The first time in 5 years i've let workmen in alone. I didn't find it easy, but i did it and you know it was not as bad as i thought it would be. No panic symptoms and no negative thoughts. When they left i was so happy with myself, i'm sure they thought i was a bit cuckoo how much i was grinning seeing them out.
