Hi All,
Does anyone Suffer with Driving Anxiety and if so How do you cope with it to keep going? I have an Hour drive to and from work everyday and from the moment I start Moving the car my Anxiety starts. Im Figiting , Yawning, My Eyes go Funny, Even Pinching myself just to get there with out it becoming a full blown Panic attack by the time I get to worK I feel really/weird and rough. :weep:
