View Full Version : Tingling sensation in feet?
Today is going bad to worse for me :'(
My feet are really tingly like pins and needles and feel warm. I'm fighting off a panic attack convinced it's a symptom of a serious illness like Cancer or I will be paralysed. Feeling so sick :(
Has anyone had this before?

This is one of the hallmark symptoms of anxiety.
Haha seriously I had no clue. Thankyou!!
May actually be a minor panic attack. Pins and needles can be felt anywhere during an attack, but it's usually prominent in the hands, feet and lips.
Is it normal for it to carry on for a long period of time? I get it almost every time I am laying in bed. My feet go tingly and feel warm like they're going numb :(
Yes both feet, mainly my soles
Unilateral tingling isn't usually a sign of anything serious, so I wouldn't worry too much. It could be a symptom of anxiety, other causes may be a small vitamin deficiency or maybe even chronic hyperventilation causing blood alkalosis.
If it continues or worsens, it's probably worth taking it to your doctor.
Ok thanks a lot for your advice. I've not been eating well at all these past few days so it could be something to do with my diet and vitamins
