Hi Everyone

Quick question, does anyone else notice their breathing becomes a a little shallow, or slightly more laboured after taking Magnesium? Specifically Natural Calm Magnesium Citrate?

I can't tell if it's because my body is relaxing, and in not used to it, or if my breathing is indeed more shallow.

It's not a massive concern but would be interested to hear anyone else's experience.

I'm only taking half a teaspoon before bed. Which is the stated starting dose.

I've had this from taking temazepam and possibly a kind of magnesium that I took briefly for sleeping. I think it's just because you're relaxing, but it does feel odd.
