Don't know what's making me ill

Last week I felt horrendous, shakey, sick etc, a urine dip test was done at the doctors and there was blood and white cells in it so he prescribed anti biotics, 4 days later I felt awful again and was taken off these pills and prescribed amoxicillin. Kept having horrible episodes of one min ok and the next shakey, hot and fevery, no pain etc. Ended up going back to doc yesterday who was fantastic and urine clear he took time to talk to me. But I'm still not well really or is it my anxiety.

I'm scared that it's something serious that's not been discovered yet, why do I feel so crummy which is making my anxiety soar, desperately need reassurance

Hi Hazy,

this is normal for anxiety sufferers. Its because your nervous system is sensitized. I used to get hot and cold flushes also, it´s because your nervous system control your natural warming mechanism. If you´re doctor has checked you out then you can be sure its cause of the anxiety!

Try to loosen up, let go of the tight hold you have on yourself!
