slow heart

Hi I no this probably sounds really silly but i have had real bad health anxiety which had all been related to my heart going fast but now it feels like it's going too slow and just going to stop. It's been around about 60 at rest but yesterday an today it has been 58 an im really tired and im unfit. I've been taking 80 mg propranolol for about 6 months and im now on week 3 of 50 mg sertraline. Just feel like im going crazy. Thank u x

The beta blockers will slow it down, but 58 is fine at rest.

thats fine for a resting heartbeat it can go lower with no problems if you have had all the tests done then trust in your doctor my heart rate at rest is anything from 55bpm to 65bpm x

Mine has been as low as 41 today! I'm feeling exhausted and drained. :(

Thank you for the replys :-) i think i got so used to my heart going fast I forgot what it feels like when it's a normal pace xx
