hi every one, my names marie,I am 41 years old and married with 2 daughters.I have suffered on and off with anxiety and depression over the last 20 years,like many other sufferers on here sometimes you think your feeling better then something just snaps and your back to the old negative way of thinking,I decided to sign up today to maybe get some relief by talking to like minded people that understand and help rather than getting told off by family members telling me to pull myself together,if only they new how hard that was.:)
