Partner currently unwell

Currently doing all I can to stay calm - my partner felt unwell since he got in from work, and has been sick several times over the course of the evening.

Basically, posting here as part of the keeping calm process.

I know you lot understand, and that this fear is irrational (theoretically, though I think emetophobia is pretty rational TBH!).

So. Send calming thoughts south london-wards. And I really hope it's not norovirus.

I have emetophobia and think it's a completely rational phobia! I'm having CBT for it at the moment, and my therapist has told me even she hates treating emetophobia lol
