Neck muscle different sizes (image)

I have posted an image with it marked as it is easier to explain, they are the muscles(or what I believe) that run down either side and they lead to to collar bone, but the one on the left seems slightly bigger than the right, is this something to worry about? or are they lymph nodes and not muscles? On the image the red is the side I am worried about.

Those are the sternocliedmastoid muscles. Having one slightly bigger than the other wouldn't seem to me to be anything to worry about. Some muscles are bigger than others, all depends on muscle usage.

Stop looking for things to worry yourself.

Other than needing a shave, looks totally like a normal neck to me ;)
