Tight feeling around ribs

Hi, I have been doing well latley but for the last week or so I have a tight feeling around my middle in the rib area. It also feels like I can't take in a full breath. It is not there when I wake up or if I am at home and relaxed on the sofa etc. The middle of my back aches too :-(

Things have been stressful at work so not sure if that is causing it but I am worried.

Anyone else get this?
