feeling of light headiness

Good morning when I get up every morning I feel light headed all day as if I am going to fall but never do,does anyone else experience this,its been like this for a long time,but I still go out ,float round the shops and take my dog for a walk,in fact I just do the things I usually do,but its still a pain in the backside(Lol)

Yes, I get this too.
Some days are worse than others, I have had it for a long time.
I do get a bit frightened about going out sometimes in case I fall over but I haven't yet and try to carry on as normal as possible but it is a pain.
I don't tend to notice it so much when I am busy and not thinking about it so pretty sure it is anxiety, worrying certainly makes it worse.
