fear taking over

Hi I've had a bad few days with the health anxiety ice had pain in my leg since Saturday so suffering health anxiety I was convincing myself it was a clot so had leg looked at by doctor. She squeezed it and pressed it and felt pulse in foot and told me it wasn't clot or anything bad just referred pain from back she also listened to chest and lungs because as ha sufferer I was telling myself that it was a clot and had travelled to lungs which was pe especially after having chest pain again . I just want to trust my doctor when she says it ok and not feel like running to a&e because fearful thoughts have taken over. Xx

Anyone have any advice on how to deal with fearful thoughts please.x

I know it is hard but it sounds as if she was very thorough so you must trust her.:)
