Lately I've been getting these weird pressure headaches and really bad neck stiffness. Also my ears pop and ring like CRAZY. I've been to the Ear Nose and throat doctor and 2 Neurologist every thing came back fine on my MRI except I did have a small cyst on my pineal gland which every doctor assured me that it was absolutely nothing and very common. Didn't think twice about it so I'm a little more at ease with it now but I've been under SO much stress my sleep is I so screwed up. Plus I wake up in Panic attacks on top of everything but anyway to help ease these symptoms? Or my mind so I stop catastrophizing every ache and pain
