Hi all, an really in need of help. I have a bad phobia of vomiting and have severe health anxiety, last night I had a dream tht seemed to go on for ages. In this dream I felt really sick and felt as though I would be. The dream felt so real I haven't been able to stop thinking aboit it all day and can still remember how I felt in that dream and I don't know how to distract myself away. I'm making myself feel how I felt in that dream. Please help!
