They come from India so they are likely to get intercepted by Customs since Diazepam is a controlled drug and on the hotlist for all countries in the UN to control.

There are various drugs forums around that seem to be talking about them so they may have so info on them but I wouldn't advise importing them as you risk prosecution for trafficking.
