Sickly pulsing body feeling etc.

Hiya, I'm wondering if anyone else gets this sickly pulsing whole-body panicked feeling for (it would appear) no reason. I'm struggling with
this a lot daily, it may be because I stopped taking citalopram about a week ago (also I have started a new job and am currently moving home) but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any advice to help stop this horrible feeling? I have tried a lot of things but it won't stop, thanks guys x

This is from your nerves. It´s because your body is tried from all the stress you put it under. Don´t worry about it. Further stress makes it worse.

It´s a completely noemal thing for your body to experience when you have been under stress!

Take a deep breath, and let it happen!
