I would be interested in peoples thoughts on this too. The Kindle sample doesn't really tell you much.

If you look at the images on Amazon it does give you some images of pages that contain exercises which are simple and well laid out.

Amazon also allow you to look inside the book which shows you a few pages of the first 4 sections.

It looks a good simple guide. Its not going to give you the power of the MBCT books but its not for that, its a dip in & out of book so would work well as a strengthening companion to the others as this includes exercises that they don't, or an introduction to moving up to the MBSR/MBCT books.
