Tightness under ribs

I have a tight sensation under my ribs that feels like it's pressing in on my stomach area. It doesn't make it difficult to breathe, but I feel like I'm having to work a little harder. It's mostly just uncomfortable and scary. Has anyone had this sensation? I'm thinking the worst, like a pneumothorax. :weep:

I have those symptoms mine are because of doing a lot of bending and packing.Posture can give you the same thing.
