Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with bi-polar 18 months ago I do find myself suffering from depression and I have also had anxiety and feelings of panic..it can be very lonely, Id love to make some new friends in the Birmingham area. I'm 41 I have two daughters who I see weekends..is there anyone on here from my area?
