Worried about back and neck

I get this weird sensation sometimes like there is a tiny bubbling/crawling on a part of my spine. I also had this weird thing happen last night while in bed. It was like this quick neurological rush that just lasted a few seconds. The most prominent spot was in my arm. It briefly felt like it had frozen or went numb. I also get neck and headaches at some point pretty much everyday. Now I'm starting to get really scared.

Obviously we can't daignose here and I am wondering if you had spoken to a Dr about this??
Anxiety causes tight muscles and especially tight neck muscles which can then give you symptoms from your neck so down into arms, up into head, down into shoulderblades or into face. Any neck/spine problems will also give you these symptoms as well.
I have prolapsed neck disc with severe spondylosis and I get syptoms in all the above places including crawling sensations or electric shock type sensations.
