unexplained ??? wind ... and no control of bladder

Ok so I'm going through what I call .... A nightmare I can NIR stop farting its been a week its every second of everyday and on top of that it's my bladder I need a wee I have too go or I just do wet myself .... I'm confused im weeing a lot and farting a lot what's going on??

hi i burp all the time an as for weeing i need one all the time i cant hold it in either i make sure im near a toilet all the time:blush:
