Funnily enough I had to take some decisions about this in the last 2 days . So... I record 6+7 on Saturday 24th and then need Ruth to do hers making a package of 8.

I hope to be ready to launch Version 1 in a couple of months. Gulp.

This sounds very interesting.

I have a book called overcoming anxiety by Helen Kennerley, so you wouldnt want to get the two mixed up?!

What about "An end in sight" followed by an explanation ie A guide to overcoming anxiety or something like that?

Would be interested to hear more about it.

I too was thinking about you and your CD's lately and wondering how things were coming along!! Please let us know when we can trial them if that is possible.

I like your suggestions but need it to be able to be a www name as company name so needs to be shortish- can't see the point of having two names.

Oh how I wish it was one CD at times, but its a set of 8 ..

Its been ongoing for a good few months now . Lots of work outside my day job !

Update -

They're all recorded successfully- even Ruths relaxation one !

I'm just relistening to each one for clangers and then may need to make some minor adjustments and then they'll be sent off to be pressed and finally packaged and out !

I hope to be ready to send them out to the 20 'testers' from NMP at the beginning / mid November.

If you've already told me recently you want to be involved then expect a message fairly soon, if you haven't and do want to be involved - please let me know.

I'm just about done.

I'm hoping the CD sets will be ready for dispatch late next week.

I have today sent out several advance copies of one of the CD's, so I will be setting up a new catagory under 'Remedies' that people can post comments and experiences on to save cluttering up various catagories with it.
