increased urinationd lower back pain please read

I really am going crazy since April i've been having stomach aches, constipation,bloating,pelvic pain been really worried about ovarian cancer went to dr and he said he didn't think it's that felt my stomach said i don't need to go for a ultrasound since last year i had a clear one. I just finished period and now i'm constantly going to urinate and i have a sciatic type pain on lower right side of back it hard to walk and i'm really afraid. I thought i was feeling better before i got period i felt no pain and now it's hurting i'm so scared it's ovarian cancer anyone have advice ?

Hi,

I always have to urinate as well. It also will randomly come on, like I have no warning. I was told that anxiety can cause our bladder to go wild! Also, IBS could explain your bloating and constipation. Go to the doctor and request what ever you need to make you feel better.

Thank you for reply i told my dr i think i have ibs but he insists i don't without even testing i think i do i have all the symptoms
