Hi All
Not posted here in a few years, but had a real bad panic attack about an hour ago and remembered this Site- it seems to be easing off a bit now. All started when I was walking down the stairs quite happily, and my eyesight went a bit strange, you know how it goes, BAM! on came the thoughts which quickly escalate to full blown panic!
Really want to gie myself a slap up the back of the head....crazy!!
