don't understand

Does anyone feel as if their family members don't understand how you feel, and how ill you feel and just sneer at you

Yep.my family all know i suffer with mental health but just think i should snap out of it.im very close to my parent,they dont know just how bad i am and i dont tell them,because they just wont understand..from what i have told them,they simply think i should stop being negitive and cheer up..i cant talk to them as it depresses them...so i have no suport and feel sad that my parents dont realize how unwell i am..so i suffer in silence....shame

My family just think I've always been weird. My brother thinks panic attacks come from the wrong pills so don't take them. I think they come from him so I don't take him anymore.

I've tried to explain to people but they just forget and don't know what it's like.
