Neck bubbling/fizzing

Hi, I'm a new member although this forum has helped me lots over the years. I was wondering if anyone else experiences bubbling or fizzing in the neck, I also feel lightheaded and strange. This can happen many times a day and is driving me mad. I've never had this before when anxiety has kicked in.

Sounds silly but sometimes when I'm hungry and my stomachs rumbles the feeling travels up and goes into my neck

Its like a fizzing feeling, or like one of them African rain instrument things not sure what they are called but it sounds exactly like that

Thanks for your reply, I've been the docs who say it's related to anxiety, nerves firing in my neck. It's a horrible feeling though as if I have a blockage. Runs up the left side to below my ear. I'm hoping it'll calm down when I calm down. Mad how anxiety can affect you isn't it, so many physical symptoms xx
