1. Get up in morning and not have a cigarette straight away.
2. Eat a proper breakfast.
3. Go for a walk (about half HR).

Then face the day.

What do you need to do? In the first few hours of the day to start feeling better?

Wake up and not immediately think about my health.
Get up wash and dress
Have porridge or cereal for breakfast

Get up, get breakfast, take pills for Arthritis and blood pressure Tylenol if the pain is bad. Answer mail and/or PMs. Let the cat out or in. His choice. Get another cup of tea. Go out to the garden till it gets too hot.
